第1条 適用
本規約は、えちちAWARD（以下「当サイト」）の閲覧および利用に適用されます。当サイトは成人向け情報を扱うため、18歳未満の方は利用できません。
第2条 著作権・無断使用および転載の禁止
当サイトが独自に制作した文章、編集、デザイン、ロゴ、イッくん・エッちゃん・エチ姉等のオリジナルキャラクター、画像、ならびに創作性のあるデータの選択・構成を、運営者の事前の書面による許可なく使用、複製、転載、再配布、改変または販売することを禁止します。
スクレイピング等による継続的・大量の情報取得、ミラーサイトの作成、他サイトやSNSへの一括転載、AI学習用データへの転用、営利目的の再利用も禁止します。著作権法上認められる引用を行う場合は、必要最小限の範囲とし、出典および当サイトへのリンクを明示してください。
女優名、商品画像、作品情報、サービス名、商標およびロゴ等、第三者が権利を有する素材の権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。
第3条 禁止事項
法令または公序良俗に反する行為、当サイトや第三者の権利を侵害する行為、不正アクセス、運営を妨害する行為、虚偽情報の流布、投票またはランキングを不正に操作する行為、個人を特定する目的でのデータ利用を禁止します。
第4条 推し投票・「My 推し♡」
推し投票および選択した投票理由は、匿名の集計値としてのみ当サイト側へ保存します。利用者アカウントや、誰が投票したかを特定するサーバー側の個人履歴は作成しません。「My 推し♡」ページの個人用表示履歴は、利用中のブラウザのローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。端末・ブラウザ間では同期されず、ブラウザデータの削除、ブラウザの変更または端末の変更等により消失する場合があり、運営者は復元できません。
重複、不正、機械的操作その他不適切と判断した投票は集計から除外する場合があります。また、合理的に必要な場合、投票方法または表示基準を変更、停止もしくは終了することがあります。
第5条 賞・ランキング・広告・外部サービス
当サイトに表示する賞、ランキング、似ている女優およびおすすめ理由等は、当サイト独自の編集または集計による表示です。女優本人、所属事務所、メーカーまたは販売サービスによる公式な評価、認定、推奨もしくは保証を意味しません。
当サイトはFANZA、DUGA、SOKMIL、DLsite等のアフィリエイト広告を含み、リンクを経由した購入または申込みにより当サイトが報酬を受け取る場合があります。リンク先の商品、価格、配信状況、契約および決済には、各サービスの規約が適用されます。
第6条 免責事項
情報の正確性と更新に努めますが、完全性、最新性または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。当サイトの利用、ブラウザ内保存データの消失または外部サイトへの移動により生じた損害について、運営者は法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。購入前に必ず公式販売ページをご確認ください。
第7条 規約の変更
必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の内容は当ページへの掲載時から適用されます。

Article 1: Application
These Terms apply to all access to and use of Echichi AWARD (the “Site”). Because the Site contains adult-oriented information, persons under 18 years of age may not use the Site.
Article 2: Copyright and Prohibition of Unauthorized Use or Reproduction
Text, editorial work, design, logos, original characters including Ikkun, Ecchan, and Echiane, images, and creative selections or arrangements of data independently produced by the Site may not be used, copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or sold without the operator’s prior written permission.
Prohibited activities also include continuous or bulk data collection by scraping or similar means, creation of mirror sites, bulk reposting to other websites or social media, use as AI training data, and commercial reuse. Any quotation permitted by applicable copyright law must be limited to what is necessary and must clearly identify the Site as the source with a link to the relevant page.
Rights in performer names, product images, title information, service names, trademarks, logos, and other materials owned by third parties remain with their respective rights holders.
Article 3: Prohibited Conduct
Users may not violate laws or public order, infringe the rights of the Site or any third party, gain unauthorized access, interfere with Site operations, distribute false information, manipulate votes or rankings, or use Site data for the purpose of identifying an individual.
Article 4: Favorite Votes and “My Favorites”
Favorite votes and selected reasons are stored by the Site only as anonymous aggregate counts. The Site does not provide user accounts or a server-side history identifying who voted. The “My Favorites” page stores a personal display history only in the local storage of the browser in use. It is not synchronized between devices or browsers and may be lost if browser data is deleted, the browser is changed, or the device is replaced. The operator cannot restore this local history.
The operator may exclude duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise inappropriate votes from aggregation and may change, suspend, or terminate voting methods or display rules when reasonably necessary.
Article 5: Awards, Rankings, Advertising, and External Services
Awards, rankings, similar-performer suggestions, and recommendation reasons are independent editorial or aggregated displays of the Site and do not constitute an official evaluation, certification, endorsement, or guarantee by any performer, agency, manufacturer, or sales platform.
The Site contains affiliate advertising for services including FANZA, DUGA, SOKMIL, and DLsite. The Site may receive compensation when a user purchases or applies through an affiliate link. Products, prices, availability, contracts, and payments on linked websites are governed by the terms of each external service.
Article 6: Disclaimer
We endeavor to keep information accurate and current, but do not guarantee its completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site, loss of browser-stored data, or visits to external websites. Please confirm the latest information on the official sales page before purchasing.
Article 7: Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be changed when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
